DIY lush bubble bars ๐Ÿฅ

Sup everyone ๐Ÿ‘…

Today I’m going to be sharing my DIY bubble bar recipe inspired by lush, with you all! ๐ŸฅI’ve seen so many diys on how to make these but they all use complicated ingredients and wrong measurements (at least that don’t work for me) ๐Ÿ˜‚so I’ve just done it my way and it works pretty well! You can combine these with a DIY bath melt which I love so much https://mypastelblog.com/2016/05/29/diy-bath-melts/

image๐Ÿ’—and a DIY shower jelly inspired by lush as well๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ https://mypastelblog.com/2016/01/30/diy-lush-shower-jellies/

Which if you click the link you’ll see my DIY versions of those too! Too much rambling so let’s get started, all you need is :๐Ÿ’œ
1 cup of shower gel (transparent or white ๐Ÿ’Ž
1 cup of colored shower gel (or shower gel mixed with food coloring)๐ŸŒบ
4 cups of cornflour aka maizena
Basically twice the amount of cornflour to shower gel !๐Ÿ”ฎ

image
In a bowl or a plate mix half the cornflour with a cup of colored (or not) of shower gel and the same on the other plate. ๐Ÿ”–In texture it should resemble play dough but If it’s too liquidy then add more maizena and if it’s too hard add more shower gel๐Ÿšฟ

Flatten each piece out then place one ontop of the other

and roll it up into a sausage,

cut it with a knife ๐Ÿ”ชinto slabs

image then leave it to dry for 24 hours or until relatively solid before using them by crumbling them under running water in your bath. ๐Ÿ›It makes loads of bubbles, I think these would make really cute gifts as well!๐ŸŽ As always, I love you all. Have a nice day and I’ll see you in my next post,๐Ÿ’•
